Kronospan is a global manufacturer of wood-based panels and related surface products. The company produces panel products used in furniture, cabinetry, interior fit-out and construction applications — commonly including particleboard, medium-density fibreboard (MDF), oriented strand board (OSB) and laminate surfaces/flooring — and operates manufacturing sites and sales operations across many countries. Kronospan primarily sells to businesses (furniture makers, builders, distributors) and is vertically integrated across raw material sourcing, production and distribution.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of customers in the French market. • You will identify new business opportunities, conduct prospecting, negotiate commercial proposals and support clients throughout their projects. • You will work closely with internal teams to meet growth objectives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in an industrial environment. • Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation and customer portfolio development. • Professional-level English (written and spoken) required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus. • Self-motivated, well-organized and strongly results-oriented. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients. • Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel within France and abroad. • Knowledge of the construction materials, timber/wood or furniture sectors is appreciated.
