📋 Description

• Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirements • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution • Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions • Develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolution • Assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings • Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior • Ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards • Support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis • Participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Workday functional experience • Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders • Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases • Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions
