📋 Description

• Contract management: Review, analyze, and assess various types of contracts (e.g., customer, partner, and supplier agreements). • Documentation & processes: Draft and maintain legal templates, guidelines, and internal policies. • Legal research: Support legal research on general and IT-related legal topics. • Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with teams from Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations on legal matters. • Project management: Support strategic projects in Legal & Operations, including tracking progress and change management. • Risk assessment: Identify legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. • Process optimization: Contribute to the development and efficiency improvements of our internal legal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program, business/commercial law, or a comparable law-related field of study. • Basic knowledge of commercial and corporate law. • Precise, structured, and independent working style with high quality standards. • Interest in technology law, contract law, and the intersection of law and innovation. • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal. • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset — you look beyond the immediate task. • Organizational skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment.
