📋 Description

• Lead the design, integration, and evolution of the enterprise virtual assistant • Design scalable integration architectures to connect SaaS platforms • Leverage APIs and secure SaaS-to-SaaS integrations • Evaluate SaaS product roadmaps and adopt new features • Provide technical leadership across design and delivery • Ensure consistent enterprise-wide design principles and operational reliability • Partner with IT operations and business stakeholders to define use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions • Strong experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow • Solid understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Experience integrating identity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft Teams) • Working knowledge of APIs and event-driven architectures • Familiarity with security and compliance in enterprise SaaS and AI solutions • Ability to provide technical leadership and design reviews • Excellent communication skills in English • Experience in large enterprise environments
