📋 Description

• Serve as Kyriba’s primary functional voice across Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses; represent business requirements, validate partner designs, and steward global design decisions and localization patterns • Partner with the implementation team on FDM/Chart of Accounts, fiscal calendars, multi-entity, and multi-currency • Co-own data readiness and integrity; define acceptance criteria and reconciliation rules, lead mapping reviews, and sign off on conversion outcomes • Coordinate with Tax and local Finance to ensure proposed designs meet e‑invoicing mandates and statutory requirements • Lead Kyriba-side workshops with Finance COEs for P2P, O2C, and R2R • Define test strategy and scenarios; oversee SIT/UAT execution and defect triage with the partner

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Workday Financials experience as a functional lead/product owner or senior consultant, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation • Workday certification(s) in Financials/Expenses/Procurement or Workday Pro highly preferred • Familiarity with Workday EIB/Studio/Cloud Connect; experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and/or MuleSoft (or similar iPaaS) is a strong plus • Exposure to Prism Analytics, role-based security/SoD design, and audit/SOX processes
