📋 Description

• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements. • You’ll analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • You’ll gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for new initiatives or system changes. • You’ll translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams. • You’ll support project planning by defining scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. • You’ll conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic decision-making. • You’ll facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • You’ll assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. • You’ll create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business cases. • You’ll continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field • Professional experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook); advanced Excel skills required (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Professional experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN) • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing • Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
