📋 Description
• Develops and executes the Proposal Management department strategy in alignment with commercial, operational, and organizational priorities • Leads transformational initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes across multiple teams and functions • Identifies opportunities to enhance departmental performance through innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement • Partners with commercial leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and order targets • Drives a culture of continuous improvement by aligning departmental initiatives with organizational goals and long-term performance objectives • Builds and maintains a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development • Establishes performance expectations and accountability measures that drive operational excellence and business results • Ensures business continuity through proactive planning, risk mitigation, resource management, and operational oversight. • Supports revenue growth by ensuring timely, high-quality proposal delivery and effective utilization of departmental resources.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 12 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • Associate's degree and 14 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 16 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • 7 or more years in a supervisory role • 2 or more years’ experience leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance, resource allocation, and business outcomes.
