• Understand the products that we sell, and find ways to optimize and improve delivery and performance. • Through data analysis, develop and propose new digital product concepts by defining product requirements with ROI, integration with roadmaps, and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and milestones. • Drive brand strategy by shaping and monitoring OKRs, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring data-driven alignment with business goals. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the overall health of products and identify new opportunities for improvements, new ways of working, and new areas of development.
• Significant experience in a relevant role, either directly as a product manager, agency client support, or working in a similar cross-functional capacity, ideally in a news, media, digital, data, technology business. • Technical product development experience with digital products or platforms. • Must have maturity, poise, and communication skills suitable to interact directly and build trust with internal teams and external customers. • A science degree and/or laboratory industry experience are a major plus, but not required. • Data-driven mentality, with the ability to use data and analytics to set key success metrics and monitor product performance.
