📋 Description
• Proofread and review all content produced by the Content and Marketing teams • Work closely with designers to create engaging website and social media banners • Perform research and technical writing to develop documents such as product manuals and user guides • Write clear, concise, and compelling text to describe products and drive sales • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximise content effectiveness • Produce and maintain a content calendar supporting product launches
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing • A degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, HR, or a related field preferred but not required • Comfortable with technology and knowledgeable about HRIS systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software • Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, and creating content for social media • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with robust editing and proofreading capabilities • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
