• You handle 1st-level inquiries from our partners and customers via Superchat and other channels. • You maintain and update master data (e.g., opening hours, addresses, menus, platform settings) for our stores and partners. • You ensure an excellent customer and partner experience and document recurring issues. • You lead and coordinate our central operations student employees (shift planning, coaching, quality). • You support Partner Care with new store launches and international expansion (onboarding communication, support setup).
• Fluent German (C1/C2, "Full German language proficiency") and very good English. • 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer support, customer success, or partner management — ideally in a startup, food, or platform environment. • Structured thinking, fast problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with support tools (e.g., Superchat, Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
