🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate entering Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Operations, Agriculture, Ag Econ, Engineering such as Chemical, Food Process, or Industrial, Feed, Milling, Food Science, Dairy Science, business, or related discipline. • Must be willing to relocate for the summer • Demonstrated leadership in school, academic, and industry related clubs • Preferences: Prior internship or coop experience, preferably in a related industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Problem solving, leadership skills, decision making and analytical skills. • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently and produce results. • Ability to work in a team environment • Computer skills such as Microsoft Office. • Land O Lakes Inc. enforces a policy of maintaining a drugfree workforce.
