📋 Description

• Execute LAPP distribution partnership strategies within the assigned geography • Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives at assigned partner accounts • Establish professional relationships with key personnel at partner accounts and recruit qualifying partners • Develop and implement digital distribution strategy and programs • Ensure LAPP maintains a top competitive position at distributor partners • Initiate new product introduction programs at assigned distribution partners • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Regional Sales, and District Sales teams • Develop distributor marketing content, campaigns, and promotions • Facilitate high-level product training for distributors • Analyze point-of-sale data and distributor inventory data • Train sales teams and identify target opportunities • Manage potential channel conflicts through communication and adherence to channel rules • Assist with annual distributor rebate program administration • Conduct bi-annual distribution channel inventory reviews • Provide monthly channel partner sales KPI reporting • Lead joint partner planning to establish performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones • Ensure compliance with distributor and partner agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university (preferred) or technical qualification or similar work experience • Minimum of 2 years of proven successful channel sales and/or distribution experience combined • Working understanding of industrial distribution and products • Strong proficiency with digital tools, including MS Excel • Proficiency with remote selling technology, including PowerPoint and Teams • Proficient in the English language • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, financial ratios, and business equations • Basic financial knowledge and competence in a business environment • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • Travel by car or air, including overnight trips • Valid driver’s license and passport maintained • Travel up to 50% may be required
