• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max. • Develop and execute conversion-focused strategies aligned with client goals. • Build and optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page recommendations. • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and LTV. • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance. • Prepare client reports highlighting actionable insights and opportunities for growth. • Stay current on Google Ads and search marketing trends, algorithm changes, and automation tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall e-commerce funnel and creative direction.
• C1–C2 English level (fluent written and verbal communication) • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands (agency experience preferred) • Proven track record improving ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition through paid search • Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and Analytics • Experience managing large budgets and optimizing toward multiple goals (CPA, ROAS, etc.) • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for data interpretation and reporting • Understanding of landing page best practices, attribution, and conversion tracking • Bonus: experience with Bing Ads, Performance Max, or YouTube Ads.
