• Build and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks • Identify where AI can improve operational efficiency or customer experience, and deliver measurable results • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic capabilities into Latitude.sh systems • Lead internal enablement: write docs, run workshops, and champion AI best practices across teams • Track impact with clear metrics and continuously iterate on deployed solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, custom pipelines) • Strong software engineering fundamentals — Python, APIs, orchestration, and prompt design • Curiosity to experiment, ability to move fast, and clarity in communicating results • Mid- to senior-level engineer eager to define how AI is applied across Latitude.sh
