• Own the development, execution and performance of Launchmetrics' global content and social media strategy • Shape and oversee the editorial and social media calendars • Act as the final editorial gatekeeper, reviewing and approving content • Author and lead the development of pillarstone and thought leadership content • Orchestrate the execution of content initiatives • Consolidate and analyze performance data • Partner with stakeholders across the marketing team and cross-functionally • Embed AI tools and workflows to maximize productivity • Lead and develop the Content team
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial or communications • Strong strategic mindset • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills • Deep understanding of social platforms and audience engagement strategies • Strong understanding of the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty industries • Solid understanding of SEO/AEO principles • Familiar with AI tools • Extra Credit: Background in B2B or SaaS/tech is a plus
