📋 Description

• Send ID checks and client care letters via the Legl e-verification system • Troubleshoot client issues and review verification results • Certify client ID using paper-based checks • Learn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentation • Open and manage new legal files in LEAP • Ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately • Support consultants and the internal legal team • Help onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly support • Build strong working relationships across the business • Respond to queries by email, phone, or Teams • Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• UK based • Experience working within an admin, operational or customer support role • Genuine love of organisation, detail, and process • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Calm under pressure and confident resolving issues quickly • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests at once • Proactive, taking ownership and identifying gaps • Passion for improving legal services through technology • Professional, discreet, and reliable with sensitive client data
