• Support business operations by managing and curating data from various systems, with a focus on Salesforce reports and operational spreadsheets. • Populate and maintain structured spreadsheets based on instructions from internal stakeholders, applying light transformations or validation checks as needed. • Build and update reports and dashboards using Power BI, helping stakeholders visualize trends and track key metrics. • Identify data inconsistencies or discrepancies and proactively flag them for resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Underwriting Operations, to support ongoing reporting needs. • Assist in preparing Salesforce data for use in reporting platforms such as Power BI or Looker. • Execute routine data management tasks accurately and on time, ensuring data integrity throughout.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles • Basic hands-on experience using Power BI to create and maintain reports or dashboards • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to extract and interpret pre-built reports • Proficiency in Looker • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including filters, conditional formatting, basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on assigned data tasks • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • An analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps in data • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Team player, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues • Comfortable working on a fixed schedule and within structured workflows.
