📋 Description

• Drive the design process end-to-end, from discovery through delivery • Shape user-centered solutions that balance business goals and user needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards • Actively participate in reviews and advocate for design best practices • Refine solutions based on feedback and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and/or mobile applications • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma • Experience supporting design discovery and user research workshops with stakeholders and clients • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team within an Agile environment • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in validating design solutions with customers and key stakeholders • Passion for creating seamless, delightful design experiences and a commitment to design delivery excellence. • A mindset geared toward continuous learning, with an eagerness to acquire new design skills and adapt creatively to project constraints.
