• 5+ years of project management experience • 3+ years in a client-facing role supporting SaaS product implementations or enterprise rollouts • 3+ years of experience forecasting and tracking project financials • Familiarity with onboarding processes for SaaS or enterprise software platforms • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Background in managing integrations or platform configurations • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar • Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe SSM/SASM
