📋 Description

• LearnLux is the leading provider of workplace financial wellbeing. • The Head of Finance will be responsible for financial operations and planning. • You will work across all teams to improve efficiency and productivity. • Serve as a key advisor to CEO, COO, and Board on growth and operational excellence. • Implement rigorous processes around forecasting, reporting and analysis. • Support department leaders and employees across the full team. • Partner closely with the commercial team in evaluating revenue strategies. • Supervise and raise the accounting and finance organization and core processes. • Expand personal leadership to strengthen other administrative functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required • MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credentials are a plus, but not required • Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and audits • Proven ability to build and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes • Experience supporting executive leadership with financial insights, board reporting, and capital planning • Familiarity with global financial operations, including contractor payments and multi-currency environments • Comfortable owning systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Brex, Carta, Hubspot) and improving processes as the company scales • Collaborative approach with experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, People, Legal, and Operations • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely • Committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making • Excited to take a hands-on role today and grow into future leadership opportunities as the team expands • Involvement in fundraising processes during Series B and beyond is preferred.
