📋 Description

• Lead strategic efforts to launch new products and programs • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on key strategic initiatives • Build executive-level presentations that drive the story of Ledgebrook forward • Lead cross-functional efforts with underwriting, tech, operations, and reinsurance teams on go-to-market initiatives • Project-manage large scale initiatives, conduct deep-dive research, develop and manage roadmaps • Balance multiple workstreams to ensure time-sensitive deliverables are met • Partner with senior leadership to develop presentations and content that outline Ledgebrook’s strategic vision and business results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to move projects forward on schedule and through ambiguity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively and concisely tell complex stories to an array of audiences • Experience preparing executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint • Strategic and analytical mindset capable of leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to develop business cases • Collaborative teammate, with ability to influence stakeholders across the organizations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment • Property & Casualty insurance experience, a plus
