• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in Insurance Industry. • Experience in building successful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels. • Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiative. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Self-driven skills and a sense of responsibility for the entrusted tasks. • Demonstrated attributes of attention to quality and self-discipline. • Prior startup experience. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economy; Finance; Business Affairs or a related field.
