<Legacy Planning> is a concierge legacy- and estate-planning service that helps families, executors/trustees, and small business owners create and maintain a secure, organized “Digital Binder” containing wills, trusts, documents, account information, instructions, and a narrative about the client's affairs. The company builds and updates the digital record using secure online software, trains designated loved ones and executors on how to use the plan, and offers business succession guidance to ease transitions after death or incapacity. Legacy Planning focuses on reducing stress for survivors by centralizing documents, contact/notification information, financial and insurance details, and practical instructions for executors and caregivers.

📋 Description

• Connect with interested clients through the proprietary lead system • Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation • Follow the step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up • Build and manage a pipeline of active clients and referrals • Build a book of business through policies written • Grow a team and earn overrides as the business expands • Work independently and manage one's own schedule and activity level • Serve clients across Houston and the surrounding Harris County area

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role • Insurance experience is not required • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed • Consistent daily activity and follow-up • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Opportunity is suitable for career changers or part-time workers in the Houston area • No guaranteed paycheck; compensation is commission-only • Must accept a 1099 independent contractor arrangement
