📋 Description

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through across teams • Own and refine operational processes spanning investment operations, fundraising logistics, borrower engagement, and new business initiatives • Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation to drive consistency and scalability • Manage recurring and ad hoc projects such as quarterly onsite planning, investor reporting, fundraising webinars, and cross-team analyses (including offshore team assessments) • Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, implement improvements, and track outcomes to ensure continuous progress

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years in highly operational roles, ideally within asset management, wealth advisory, RIA, or another process-heavy industry • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to complex initiatives • Experience leading people or driving accountability across teams • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization • Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
