📋 Description

• Senior member of the strategy’s underwriting team, originating, diligencing, and monitoring revolving and term loans backed by government contracts, tax credits, and other government receivables collateral • Perform due diligence on prospective credit investments and prepare written investment recommendations to senior team members • Assist origination team in identifying and closing target counterparties across industries and asset types • Prepare financial models and related analysis to support investment recommendations and track ongoing investments • Assist colleagues across the strategy and company in origination, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, operations, technology, and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees encouraged • Background in law, consulting/advisory, or credit analysis • 5+ years’ relevant experience in law, finance/credit, or advisory/consulting • Proficiency in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and/or asset and enterprise valuation • Strong written/oral communication, equally comfortable with expert and non-technical colleagues • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to work seamlessly across functions and teams; comfortable with solo projects • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth focused environment • First hand exposure with government contractors or receivables (nice to have) • Prior extended experience at a hybrid or remote-first organization (nice to have)
