This is your chance to shape something from the ground up — launching standout campaigns, driving high-authority backlinks, and setting the tone for what great looks like. While the team is new, you won’t be starting from scratch: you’ll have access to the tools, processes, and support of our established, high-performing Digital PR function. • This is the kind of role where you’ll have genuine creative freedom, full campaign ownership, and the backing to try bold ideas. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged, your wins are celebrated, and your work makes a real impact. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, innovative, and passionate about landing top-tier coverage through campaigns, expert commentary, newsjacking, and smart, forward-thinking tactics. 🎯 Requirements

• Digital PR Experience: A proven track record of landing coverage and backlinks across US and Canadian media; experience in iGaming, sports, or entertainment is a plus. • Creative Campaign Thinking: A desire for developing standout, newsworthy campaign ideas that resonate with media and deliver results. • Strong Writing & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives and uncover a story in data, trends, and expert insight. • Media-Savvy Communication: Confident and persuasive in pitching stories, providing expert commentary, and building journalist relationships. • Data-Led Mindset: Comfortable analysing data and pulling out insights to support campaign angles — no advanced technical skills needed. • Independence & Collaboration: A self-starter who can run campaigns end-to-end while thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
