• Support the Central Marketing Team in achieving strategic objectives aligned with the Master Data Management roadmap • Manage day-to-day tactical elements of product development • Bridge business stakeholders and the technical development team • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog • Define clear acceptance criteria for backlog items • Gather stakeholder feedback and integrate diverse perspectives • Collaborate with architects, developers, PCM, and Hybris teams • Ensure technical alignment and smooth development cycles • Maintain transparency and visibility of backlog and progress information • Produce actionable product requirements • Develop release plans and schedules with the Scrum Master • Provide regular status reports for leadership • Maintain stakeholder alignment through effective communication strategies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban • Proven experience in product ownership and professional backlog management • Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for complex MDM requirements • Foundational knowledge of DMBoK data management foundations preferred • Familiarity with modern database and information systems technologies, including ERP and MDM • Familiarity with Jira boards and dashboards/reporting • Strong organizational and time management skills • Close attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years’ experience in Product Owner role(s) • Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), Data Management Professional (CDMP)
