Lemio is a mindful productivity mobile app designed to help people spend less time on their phones and focus on meaningful tasks. It reduces compulsive app opens and distractions by locking selected apps, showing real-time screen time, providing wait-to-unlock prompts, focus timers, and priority planning tools. Privacy-first and built on Apple's Screen Time API, Lemio emphasizes actionable habits — planning and doing one important thing daily — and positions itself as a dopamine phone detox with iOS availability and an Android waitlist.

📋 Description

• You will directly work with Tom who is a product person by heart and who has worked on physical and digital products all his life. • Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing) • Improve trial start rate. • Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team. • Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention. • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows. • User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product. • We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally you always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup. • are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. • are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you don't love to do 5 user calls every week, don't apply!!!) • have at least 2 years of work experience.
