📋 Description

• Test and benchmark AI code-generation tools (Claude, Cursor, KiloCode, etc.) • Develop POCs, scripts, and internal integrations to test and then industrialize AI practices • Propose concrete integrations into our stack (MeteorJS, monorepo, CI/CD) • Train developers and document best practices • Measure impact, at least roughly (delivery times, deployment frequency, code quality) • Develop features from the lemlist roadmap to apply your own AI workflows and demonstrate in practice that they work • Liaise with Product Managers and verify with them that quality meets expectations • Identify levers to further integrate AI-based product processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and productionalizing code • Minimum 5 years of web development experience (JS/TS, Node, React) • At least one experience implementing AI tooling within a team of more than 5 developers, with evidence of measured impact • Strong DevOps mindset • Experience with AI tools or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) • Structured and autonomous, able to document, simplify, and evangelize • Strong curiosity and ability to dive deep into technical topics • Experience in change management or internal training
