• Responsible for developing and leveraging on long-term relationships with clients. • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to stakeholders. • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product. • Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business management, or any other relevant field. • 1 to 2 years of work experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support rep, or any other associated field. • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner. • High analytical and problem-solving skills.
