📋 Description
• Responsible for all inbound tickets involving HMO/billing management • Timekeeping management • HMO management • Manage monthly client billing • Communicate with clients regarding VA pay raise • Monitor Direct Hire Spreadsheet • Give updates to the support supervisor regarding billing audit, payroll, and raise statuses • Address any issues with role responsibilities and suggest improvement plans
🎯 Requirements
• Proven work experience in operations management in a corporate or remote work setting • Meticulous attention to detail • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in English • Experience in client communication • Excellent organizational skills • Absolute team player • Ability to work independently • Ability to work under high-pressure • Collaborative mindset to provide regular updates to the Support Supervisor and work collectively towards improvement plans
