🎯 Requirements

• Provide technical expertise and consult customers on solutions • Design customized solutions considering scalability, performance, security, and integration • Oversee implementation and deployment at customer sites • Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization • Deliver customer training and provide ongoing technical support • Collaborate with product development and share field feedback • Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and support activities • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide strategic guidance
