We will be in touch! • Purpose: The Marketing department plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and ultimately contribute to the organization • Scope: The Marketing department is responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our organization’s products and services in the marketplace. Our Marketing department is made up of the following roles: Marketing Manager, Marketing Intern • Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Competitive research and industry intelligence gathering and analysis. Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives and achieve growth, market share and revenue targets. Campaign Planning: Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional media, events) to reach target audiences effectively. Brand Development: Developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, including logos, taglines, brand messaging, and visual elements that resonate with the target audience. Digital Marketing: Overseeing the company’s website to ensure it reflects the brand image. Managing social media platforms to engage with customers, build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website. Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and maintain communication with customers. Content Creation & Distribution: Developing compelling and relevant content such as blogs, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and case studies to educate and engage the target audience. Distributing content through appropriate channels. Events: Creating promotional strategies and organizing events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, sponsorships) to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
