📋 Description

• Works closely within their core product trio—product manager, product designer, and engineering lead • Empathises with users, understands their needs, problems, and goals • Designs solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Partners with the product manager to plan and run user research • Leverages prototyping to make solutions tangible • Thrives in close collaboration, working side-by-side with engineers • Designs with the principles of the Web in mind • Co-owns Levellr’s design system and evolves it by creating scalable components • Stays up to date with the best design practices and technologies • Works in fast design iterations and feedback loops • Designs with the big picture in mind

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years in software or digital product design • Strong portfolio of user-centered, high-quality UX and UI work in SaaS products — ideally with dashboards and data visualisation • Skilled in both interaction and visual design • Makes informed design decisions with clear rationales • Strong communicator who can explain and support design decisions • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment • Keen eye for interaction and visual design details • Expert in designing with Figma • Familiar with tools like Notion and Linear
