📋 Description

• Support the management of the technology and AI project portfolio, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and control of deliverables, with a focus on operational impact and user experience. • Act strategically alongside Business, Technology, CX and Product teams, drafting technical and business specifications and ensuring solutions align with corporate objectives and the company’s digital strategy. • Lead digital transformation and journey automation projects, including integrations with omnichannel channels (IVR, WhatsApp, Web, App) and intelligent solutions such as virtual assistants, bots and GenAI engines. • Coordinate timelines, status reports, performance indicators and project deliverables, fostering collaboration across squads and ensuring value delivery within defined deadlines, scope and quality. • Identify and manage risks, dependencies and operational impacts, developing mitigation and contingency plans. • Support strategic project prioritization with leadership and stakeholders. • Promote the use of agile or hybrid methodologies in project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management or a related field. • Proven experience in managing technology and automation projects, preferably involving AI, bots or analytics. • Technical knowledge of system integrations, APIs and digital solution architecture. • Experience as a PMO Analyst or Specialist, Project Manager or Product Owner in technology and innovation projects. • Proficiency in agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK). • Experience with project and process management tools: Jira, Bizagi. • Analytical mindset, systems thinking and a strong results orientation.
