📋 Description

• Take ownership of LI.FI’s data strategy and shape the path toward Head of Data • Lead and align data efforts across product, backend, DevOps, and analyst/scientist teams • Build and evolve our internal insights platform to reduce time from data request to delivery • Ensure scalable, reliable pipelines for tracking API and product usage • Define and champion best practices in data modeling, documentation, governance, and infrastructure • Translate product and business questions into concrete data projects and pipelines • Mentor and support the data team as it grows, creating processes that scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data-focused roles (engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering) • Experience mentoring or leading team members; motivated to step into a Head of Data role • Strong technical background with our tech stack (SQL, Python, cloud data warehouses, pipelines) • Experience building or scaling data/insights platforms • Ability to bridge technical and business discussions, with excellent communication skills • Curious about crypto and DeFi (experience is a plus, but not required) • Experience leading a data team in a startup or growth-stage company (Nice to have) • Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Flipside, etc.) (Nice to have) • Background in software engineering or product development (Nice to have)
