📋 Description

• Own execution quality for the aggregation product, defining standards and driving monitoring, metrics, and features • Lead onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems from opportunity identification through launch • Partner with the Expansion tech lead to translate business and technical needs into engineering tickets and specifications • Monitor API behaviour and tool performance, identifying issues before they reach partners and users • Build and maintain relationships with decentralised exchanges and other liquidity partners • Collaborate with BD, QA, and Data on priorities, issues, and product improvements • Report to the Product Lead within a small, focused product team • Participate in a comprehensive interview process including a people operations interview, take-home assignment, meet-the-team and founder interview, and reference check

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technical product environment • Blockchain experience is a must • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate findings into product decisions • Excellent communication skills with external partners such as decentralised exchanges • Ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions • Strong attention to detail • AI literate, actively using AI tools in workflow and understanding their application to product work • Collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and process-oriented approach • Professional working experience in web3/crypto • Must be based in Europe; applications from outside Europe will not be considered
