🎯 Requirements
•10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. •Deep understanding of relevant technologies and the ability to make informed technical decisions. •Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing. •Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with organizational goals. •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. •Superior communications skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation. •Proven ability to understand and breakdown complex, multifaceted programs and projects into manageable pieces, organize cross-functionally and drive execution •Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from "scratch"
