📋 Description

• Work on advisor platform to better serve advisors and streamline workflows. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers. • Identify pain points and simplify complex processes. • Improve workflows such as lead management and client management. • Engage with advisors to understand challenges and opportunities for improvement. • Conduct usability tests and leverage user data to enhance designs. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Collaborate with the design team for consistency and a cohesive experience. • Contribute to design system ensuring scalable components. • Ensure designs meet both business goals and user needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a Product/UX Designer role, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design. • Solid knowledge of Figma and modern design collaboration tools. • Team spirit; strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. • Proficiency in articulating and presenting design decisions, backed by research and data. • Experience in an Agile environment, working closely with cross-functional teams. • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. • Good time-management skills. • Experience in the fintech industry is a bonus but not required.
