• Serves as trusted, strategic business partner and risk advisor to senior global leaders • Provides expert strategic compliance advice and support to global Commercial leaders • Develops global compliance and ethics policies and associated training • Conducts compliance training and attends global Commercial meetings • Sets clear standards for compliance support and risk advice • Coordinates with the Legal department and supports corporate objectives
🎯 Requirements
• 10 – 12 years of relevant compliance experience, supporting pharmaceutical or bio-tech companies • Law degree preferred, but not required • Solid judgment and business acumen • Extensive experience advising senior global Commercial leaders • Solid understanding of laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, flexibility and collaboration • 20-30% Travel required.
