📋 Description

• Serve as Project Lead and primary sponsor contact • Accountable for overall project delivery, including quality, time, and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Delineate responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Maintain financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity management, Con Mod negotiations, and timeline execution • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous comparable experience • Global trial management experience in Psychiatric or Neurological Rare Diseases • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize own workload and project team members' workloads • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles: time, quality, and cost • Solid financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Good judgment and decision-making skills • Critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills for complex or ambiguous situations • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others • Cross-cultural awareness • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
