📋 Description
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the Enterprise Performance Management module. • Manage complex issues and collaborate with team members to resolve support tickets. • Design and configure software applications in partnership with technical teams or vendors. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, goals, and challenges. • Develop and execute test plans to validate functional requirements. • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality. • Work with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. • Prepare and maintain documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, user manuals, and training materials. • Apply job-specific knowledge while expanding understanding of company processes and customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required / Masters preferred in accounting or IT related fields • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shared services organization. • Oracle Certification preferred.
