📋 Description

• Provide analytical support to the net revenue oversight program, including hindsight studies, interpretation of results, and ad hoc revenue analysis • Support internal control activities for revenue and receivables accounting • Work with internal and external auditors on key control applications and walkthroughs • Prepare monthly Cash/AR Realization Analyses, cash projections, and Debit AR Reconciliation analyses • Identify and analyze significant variances • Calculate the monthly ABL borrowing base and analyze month-over-month availability drivers • Assist with the annual borrowing base audit • Prepare quarterly AR and Net Revenue Memo materials • Prepare quarterly AFDA and Bad Debt Analyses • Update meeting materials for Net Revenue Oversight Committee and Division CFO meetings • Update RCA parameters for hospitals and physician networks • Complete RCA GL account balance compliance analysis and Out-of-Model entry reviews • Monitor RCA internal control compliance, including user access reviews and checklist reviews • Complete monthly reconciliations for RCA AR ATB, ART, and Gross Charges • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance experience • Healthcare experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Regular and reliable attendance
