🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Business Analysis Experience • Technical Fluency with REST APIs and JSON payload structures • Experience with Headless CMS architectures and decoupled front-ends • Understanding of Identity, Authentication, and Customer Identity frameworks (CIAM) • Familiarity with Relational and modern cloud data models (Snowflake) • Knowledge of Event Tracking, telemetry, and Customer Journey Analytics • Understanding of Cloud-based application architectures and system integrations • Experience with Next.js, React, or modern JavaScript frameworks is a strong plus. • AI-Augmented Analyst skills
