📋 Description

• Fully support reporting and analysis needs related to Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, or Credentialing operations • Develop reports and standardize, simplify, and automate processes • Write reports and queries and perform data mining from multiple data sources • Conduct ad hoc business analysis and recommend solutions • Support the annual budgeting process and multi-year outlook • Manage projects from conception to implementation • Articulate analytical findings to internal or external customers • Produce and distribute required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on time • Create accurate analytical models using best practices, customer needs, and agreed standards • Communicate results clearly and concisely

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3 years’ experience • 1+ year of experience with large-scale business intelligence and/or analytics • Familiarity with healthcare industry and insurance payer reimbursement analysis • Knowledge of Accounting regulations and Financial Reporting • Intermediate to advanced technical skills in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, VBA automation routines, SQL, other ODBC databases, and report writing software • Ability to extract and present meaningful information out of large data sets • Experience leading and presenting analytical results • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequently walk; and lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
