📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of beautiful later-living developments across Home Counties and East & West Sussex. • Lead onsite teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure robust financial management. • Ensure all developments meet regulatory and statutory health & safety requirements. • Oversee operational budgets and service charge accounts, producing quarterly reports and year-end accounts. • Work in partnership with the Central Services team to agree on scopes of work and monitor contractor service quality. • Build and maintain relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-site residential property, estate, or asset management. • Experienced in managing comprehensive, transparent service charges, budgeting, and financial reporting, including the ability to communicate financial information to residents. • Strong working knowledge of H&S regulations, building maintenance systems, and conducting formal site inspections. • Extensive experience leading, motivating, and managing a regional team with multiple direct reports. • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex queries, and confidently navigating difficult conversations. • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. • A TPI/ (or equivalent) qualification is highly desirable. • Strong IT skills with experience of using property related software, we use Google Workspace so experience would be an advantage but not essential.
