• Partner with Ministry Leaders, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs • Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog • Communicate product vision, priorities, and release plans • Lead development teams through sprint execution • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to inform product decisions • Share release updates, customer insights, and performance metrics
