• Turn business pain points into working systems and own the problem • Prototype, test, and validate • Work with leadership on turning company strategy into product priorities • Develop and maintain a roadmap • Collaborate deeply with engineering, solutions, and client- & talent-facing teams • Identify and automate repetitive workflows to increase efficiency and reduce error • Measure outcomes and learn fast • Shape a cohesive product strategy • Communicate with clarity • Advocate for the user • Build repeatable playbooks
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in product, operations, or systems design roles • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and/or no-code environments • High comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • A strategic mindset • A strong product toolkit • Strong product sense and user empathy • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • A bias toward action and a low ego, high-ownership mentality
