📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle ecosystem and serve as the single source of truth for lifecycle campaigns • Architect cross-channel lifecycle strategy based on macro business goals • Build complex workflows inside Braze • Own final data science analytics for lifecycle campaigns • Design, execute, and measure Multi-Armed Bandit experiments to optimize content, send times, and offer allocations • Partner with Data Science on behavioral clustering and advanced segmentation models, including RFM, predictive churn, and lifetime value modeling • Design, build, test, and iterate behavioral flows for onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and dormancy recovery • Design CRM data architecture, including custom attributes, event nesting, data infrastructure, and user journey edge cases • Manage JIRA ticket structures, asset pipelines, and localization coordination across Product, Data Science, and Creative teams

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in and work remotely from the United Kingdom • 4+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment • Strong conceptual and practical understanding of exploration versus exploitation in Multi-Armed Bandits, clustering algorithms such as k-means, and statistical significance across rolling algorithmic tests • Deep hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise CRM engines; Braze experience strongly preferred, including Liquid personalization, Canvas, API triggers, and Connected Content • Strong marketing instincts paired with analytical expertise in conversion rate metrics, cohort retention, and user lifetime value • Strong marketing analytics background • High proficiency with Tableau or Looker • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills • Experience managing JIRA-style ticketing frameworks • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred • SQL and Python skills are nice to have
