📋 Description

• Proactively analyze user behavior and trends to uncover growth opportunities • Recommend data-driven campaigns and ensure rigorous measurement • Translate technical data science findings into actionable business solutions • Present analytical and data science findings to business audiences • Design, test, iterate, and measure user lifecycle flows, including onboarding, retention, dormancy, and win-back campaigns • Identify, define, and architect data streams for scalable CRM and AI-enabled marketing science • Own attribution and measurement for acquisition and performance marketing • Optimize CAC/LTV dynamics • Develop and deploy marketing models, including response models, user clustering, persona segmentation, and churn prediction • Use model outputs to design sophisticated experiments • Help define team KPIs and holistic marketing campaign measurement • Use marketing technology platforms including Appsflyer, Braze, and internal CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Science/Marketing Analytics role • Masters degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, etc.) • Highly proficient in SQL and Python • Strong conceptual grasp of machine learning • Hands-on model-building capability • Experience using model outputs to drive continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign iterations • Comfortable working with marketing technology platforms such as Braze, Appsflyer, and modern CRM architectures • Proven ability to establish high-level KPIs and evaluate holistic marketing efforts against core business growth • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Braze or other CRM expertise and AI Agent building experience are nice to have
